Welcome to Wainfleet Brethren In Christ Church!

We are a fellowship of friends who love Jesus. Our church was established over 100 years ago in the community of Wainfleet with a vision of loving Jesus, doing life with those who shared a common faith in Him, and telling others of His love in words and actions. In the early days we met in homes until a meeting house was built on the corner of Highway #3 and Perry Road where we still are today. We have grown over the years and have a wide ministry gathering people from across the southern Niagara Peninsula and eastern Haldimand regions. While our church has a rich history we continue to strive for fresh ways to enthusiastically share Jesus' love with our friends and neighbours. Our goal is to be the kind of church described in the Bible - a church with relevant teaching, heart-felt worship, genuine love, prayer, and compassion. We want everyone to experience the love of Jesus Christ for themselves.

Ask most people about our church and they would tell you we are a family church - we have programs for all ages and we care about kids and families very deeply. They would also tell you that we love to worship - we have some great music, services that will stir your heart toward God, and a blended worship style that celebrates music of the past and present. We are a church of the Word devoted to the teaching of scripture and applying it to our lives. We are a church of fellowship - we love to get together, pray together, eat together, have fun together, and care for one another. Finally, and most importantly, we are people who love Jesus and strive to follow Him in our daily lives.
